Started level 2 of 30 day shred tonight. Owwie is what I have to say! I was drenched in sweat too! Think I burned more than what I logged but I will keep it logged under circuit training. How is everyone one else doing?

I finish level 2 tomorrow...then on to level 3! Like you I too was drenched in sweat! I know the feeling of burning more than you think you do...it's hard work!! Good luck!

You're a couple days ahead of me, so I look forward to seeing how Level 3 goes for you.

Last night I decided to go back and try Level 1 again...and personally, I still dislike it more than level 2!!! (even though I'm sweating a lot more in Level 2!) And for someone who never enjoyed "sweating", I actually feel good at the end.

I feel stronger overall and my stamina is better. I have no idea what's in store at Level 3...but I'll be finding out before too long!

Everyone is doing great, so hang in there!

some of the cardio is hard, i can do at least the first 30 seconds, then i will do jumping jacks for the repeat 30 seconds
those plank jacks are tough and hurts my wrist

Yeah dude, level 2 is a beeyatch. I haven't used my rescue inhaler since July, but I felt like I needed to in the middle of that workout! I think it'll get easier, though, just like level 1 did.
