How did we do yesterday? I got my cardio in but not my water and boy did I feel it.

Today's challenge - 50 squats, 15 min cardio

How is everyone doing with the jar challenges?

I am trying to lose 10-15lbs by May 4th and to fix some stomach issues so my trainer has but me on a pretty strict diet - no carbs or dairy. Does anyone have meal ideas? I am already getting sick of salad and always feel hungry no matter how much I eat.
