Hi Everyone!

We are at Day 73 of 2013! The year is moving very quickly... I hope that you are on target with your fitness goals so far. Please share with the group some of the things that have worked for you!

I am continuing to spend time on my elliptical, have started to jog, and still enjoy the occasional green smoothie. :bigsmile:
