On Monday Im going to start my Jillian Michaels 30 day shred dvd.

    I have many pals doing the 30DS... and also one that is running her own group... I will update here with her name so you can gain support there as well... Are you participating in the 100 day til Summer challenge...If so please introduce yourself and we can support you in that area as well...
