    It's one of the hardest runs (mentally) but also one of the greatest you'll ever do!

    Be mentally prepared. You can do this. You're physically ready. Stay focused on anything except what you're doing.

    Music! Distractions!!

    It's all mental. I read many posts here, knowing that, but when the day came, I was still nervous anyway. But I was psyched when I came home and had actually run longer!
