I know its early, but I'm going to post this now so I don't forget after work.
I have my first session with my personal trainer (45 min). I will also be walking to and from the gym as well as to and from work.

No walking today
25 mins 30DS - the 30th workout was today!!! Man, am I sore all over!! I did all three levels 10 days each.
