From what I understand hypothyroidism is linked to a low metabolsim, (i.e. it's harder to lose wieght than "normal" people). This can also effect your overall energy level.
I recently had more energy and thought it was linked to all the changes I was making, (cardio exercise, diet and of course MFP!). Recently I was unable to do my cardio exercises, (elliptical machine), for about a week and then had a huge drop in energy level, (I needed more sleep and just really did not care about anything). Now that I'm getting back to "normal" with my cardio output I am finding that my energy level is improving.
So the question is can exercise shift your metabolism, (not just during the exercising session), to last all day?
