HAPPY FRIDAY SWEATY 30! It's Friday and day 68 -- we will OWN this!

It's official - I am registered to do the Spartan Sprint on December 7 in Malibu! I am scared at the same time excited to experience this! I start pretty heavy cardio training for my 10K in June plus core training to survive the 30 burpees that I have to do each time I fail to complete an obstacle! OH dear, what have I gotten myself into! LOL!

    I missed posting yesterday , but I did quite a bit of Sweating !!!

    First took the Dog out to the Park .. Ran , Danced , and Jumped around for 50 mins .. Ipod Tracked 275 cals burned

    Then went home and painted for 2 hours .. AHHHHH .. now that was hard work !! Looked up cals burned online .. said approx 217 per hour // I cut it to 90 mins as I was mixing / filling the trays etc for some of the time ..

    Then at 8:30 pm I went to my Table tear down job .. did about 20 mins of Stacking chairs and Tearing down 6ft Banquet tables .. it was fast , but Sweaty ! ( Have to Mention the older Russian guy there who keeps telling me ...." Mellllll... Don't Rush .... Don't be sweat ! " ;o) He's so cute !!! Love it !!)

    Can't Believe March is half way over already !
