Ready for round two......but have some questions?

hello all.
i finished my first round of insanity on Sunday and tbh i am board out of my mind. i miss knowing a have a challenge to end my day. i went from 226 lbs to 198 doing the program. do 28 lbs! but it looks more like 40 lbs
i have been debating my next program......or as my husband would say obbsessing!
i had finally decided too do the chalean ex/ insanity hybrid but now i am just itching to push play on insanity again, so it looks like round 2 is on. i am taking a rest this week. My husband is worried about me burning out (i am still a big girl) so i will listen and rest.....despite it driving me mad
so my questions are......
1) How long do i/ should i leave to rest between rounds?
2)do you start from the beginning or dive back into month 2( i feel i would do awesome if i restarted i will be able to form more of month 1 this time)
3)i want to do some lifting as well. now i have the deluxe pack so where does shauns lifting come into play. or should i just do my own lifting alongside it. there are some good apps go use out there. ( agan my husband thinks if i do insanity....surly lifting is too much to add to it?)
