insanity...so much bread

does anyone else think you eat alot of bread on this plan as today ive had half a wholemeal bagel for meal 2 meal 3 a wholemeal wrap, meal 4 half a wholemeal pitta meal 5 half a wholemeal pitta its rest day today so feeling guilty for not exercising and eating all this bread. 2nd fittest tomorrow,not sure if physiological but im thinking all this bread is making me feel heavy..anyone else feeling this??

Gosh,one whole bagel and one whole pitta over the course of a full day.......
I dont follow the meal plan myself, but that is hardly excessive0 -
oh good i am not used to eating much bread so to me it seemed a lot. On the Elite Nutrition plan there is more or less bread on everything but suppose with the training you must need it.0
