Primal gnocchi?

Has anyone tried making a primal type sweet potato gnocchi before? I am thinking of making them as "treat" dinner. Online they all seem to be made with tapioca flour or potato starch. Wondering if anyone has made this as close to primal as possible and if it was delicious? lol

I'm not a huge gnocchi fan, so - I can't say I've made any attempts on this, but - I did find this:

This actually uses a brand of sweet potato flour as the "starch" in the recipe. The link in the recipe seems to be out of stock, but, there's this instead:

there is quinoa flour in it, but it was sorta my cheat meal.. still much better than I would normally eat. It wasn't bad.. I would probably make again for a special occasion0
