The week from hell

This week has been awful at work and at home and my workouts have suffered because of it.

My hormones have been crazy and everything that could go wrong has gone wrong. And I've fallen off the Jillian wagon !
Yesterday I only did ten minutes before quitting. Today did 25 mins on elliptical instead. What the heck is wrong with me? I totally want to finish this program but today all I want is to stuff my face on chocolate

    Nothing I wrong with you, you've had an awful week and sometimes priorities are everything but doing a workout DVD! We have all been there.

    But all is not lost, jump right back on the horse and remember it's just 25 mins of the day that you will feel good about afterwards.

    Remember....tomorrow is another day!! Hop back on the bandwagon and kick Jillian's butt!! You can do it! And 25 minutes of elliptical is still 25 minutes of exercise...you were still moving!
