Hi
I've completed couch to 5k and am now looking for a 10k app. I've got Ease intom10kmbut I find it increases the differences too quickly. I'd love advice on a different one.

    You could try Bridge to 10K? I can't vouch for it myself but have heard good things about it from friends in exactly the same position as you.

    Runkeeper has some 10k training programmes..........all free just need a smart phone
