Hi!! :) My name is Kirsty and I am 22 years old. I am looking to lose 22 more pounds and to go from 142 to 120. I am actually 5'2 and a half but I just round it up to 5'3  i was wondering if there is anyone else in this group with similar goals ? If so I would love to be friends and to offer encouragement and support along the way. Thank you!!!

Also any advice you can offer me would be great!

And pictures of before and afters of similar goals would be very welcome!!

I am the same height as you, but I have a bit more weight I am looking to shed. I am trying to go from 170 down to 125. I am willing to settle between 140 and 130 though. I am 24. It would be nice to get some perspective. :)

I'm 5'2, looking to go from 150 - 125. I'm seventeen years old and looking for some motivation buddies:)
  • I am 5'3" and wanting to get from 165 to 135. I'll see about smaller after that. I have learned, over many, many tries, @mrsieve that babysteps are the way to go. At the moment, I am focusing on getting back to tracking food and getting rid of my first 10 pounds. I'd be happy to be anyone's friend, as I'm building a friend base.

We are, or were, very similar. I was 5' 1 3/4" until it seems I've shrunk a bit. (I could fill a book with all the things no one told me before I found out as I aged.) So I'm about 5' 1 1/2". I was 147.4 when I decided to diet again. I'm going for 125, so 22.4 pounds! I've lost 11 so far. I'm 136.6 today. Mostly I'm watching my calories. Trying to stay under 1500/day. And I'm getting up from my desk to walk a lot more. I got a Fitbit and try for 10K steps a day. Which is going to be hard on weekends when I'm at home in my small house not wanting to go into the really hot weather outside.
