I thought I'd check out Ripped in 30 to see if the moves were something I could do. I ended up doing the first session and managed with the usual modifications on certain parts. Thanks for mentioning it. I still would like to revisit 30DS weekly, maybe once on each level, but add Ripped to my routine.0 -
I intended to go back to Ripped in 30 after the Shred, because I had awesome results with it but now I'm considering BeFit in 90 - a free 90 days program on youtube. I just discovered it and it looks interesting.0

I just joined the ripped in30 group. My success has not been as large as I had hoped, but it has been there....so I'm giving Jillian 30 more days.0

I've had other MFP friends give thumbs up on Ripped in 30 and also JM Body Rev. I'm thinking Ripped in 30 After Spring Break. :bigsmile:0
