    Another get motivating video Steph. This weekend showed how easy it is to make bad choices but it felt so good to make the right ones. I even stepped on the scale and I'm down another 0.4 from Friday. Let me say, that never happens. Usually today I would be up by 2 or 3 and and trying to lose that plus some more by the next week. This is very eye opening and it make we really wanna stick with it. Have a great Sunday!!!!!
