Today I'm going to do 20-30 min of ab work. I'll mix it up a bit.

1. 30 mins C25K (Week 5 of the program!! Wahoo!)
2. 15 mins warmup and 15 min cool down on a cardio machine.
3. Tricep work today, too. Upper body needs a little love.0 -
Day 35 (03/18) RESULTS
* Ran 7 miles in 1:01:36 minutes with my best PACE so fAR 8:48 miles/minute
* Tricep/Bicep routine0 -
Did 23 minutes on my Tony Little gazelle, did some arm work with dumbbells, and I don't normally consider cleaning a workout, but I cleaned like crazy for 5 hours today!! Probably gonna hop on my exercise bike as well.0
