Proving it can be done

Two weeks before the challenge I had a weight recorded.
My weight at that point was 211.2 Lbs.
I was checked again on March 14th and I was 200.2 Lbs.

Changes I have made? I walk to and from work and I mean I walk hard. I walk with the RRU walking group on Tuesdays and by myself at other times. I watch what I eat, how much I eat and really watch what I snack on. I haven't ate so much celery in my life!
I have used a heart rate monitor for a number of years and I am getting back to using it to keep my heart rate in the zone I need to be in for Cardio improvement. I have two, a Polar (at the time expensive but loaded with features and a Garmin (I use it with my GPS and iPhone (with ANT+ adaptor and $0.99)) so I can track HR, distance covered, pace etc.. to motivate me.
