Food advice

Hey all! I am new to the country and would appreciate some ideas for low calorie foods? I'm a vegetarian currently in a live in pub job, so I have very erratic hours, and limited kitchen facilities, and often to enough time to prepare something from scratch like I used to. I have discovered quorn (yum!) but I'd love some advice as to what are good, low calorie ready made, or limited assembly required, meals that are quite cheap and yummy!
I've had some of the sainsbury's and tesco ones but they're pretty sloppy and only pasta, and mostly 500cal or more!
I have also discovered the co-op range of soups which are mommy.
A good, low calorie bread would be awesome too. Lol.
I'm trying to get on trace but a yummy burrito place is a 7min round trip from my bed... Kinda deadly!
Thanks!
