Morning,

How was everyone's weekend? Everyone has been really quiet lately.

Today's challenge: 30 minutes cardio, 15 minutes stretching, 15 glasses of water.

    Ok - this is going to be a great week for me - I am doing the challenges everyday!! Thanks for posting them. I did the stretching - headed to the elliptical - drinking all the way.

    I am 1 glass of water short for the day and it's only 2:30pm. I've done my cardio and my stretching too. Tonight I'm going to do 100 situps as well. I've only got 6.5 weeks until the wedding in LA and I want to lose as much as possible by then - goal on March 1 was 15lbs and I'm at the same weight - gone up and down, but with my new eating plan and hopefully my kicked up workouts I'll lose it. My training says if I'm strict with the eating and the workouts she gives me it'll be no problem. Cross my fingers :)
