NEWBIE :)

Hi all, new here to this group, (to any group), and to Paleo/Primal as well. Right now I am taking a more Paleo approach. I am on day 3 and it has not been 100% spot on since I am easing in. Right now I am extremely tired, is this normal. I am not sure I am getting enough cals. I get full quicker and stay fuller longer, but my cals still seem low and I have been pretty tired the past two days. Any stuggestions?! And thanks, looking forward to having this group for help!

    Hi There,

    My suggestion would be to eat some good carbs, like sweet potato. The tiredness does pass after a week or so. I just started leaning in to paleo Jan '13 and fully transitioned to Paleo march 1st by starting the whole30 (i'm on day 15 now). My key to success is to prep meals for the week on Sunday. I just made some posts on other recent forums about this..... also you can friend me if you like.
