Good morning Ladies. Let's keep pushing forward...

Mon: Add 100 Squats to your workout (35 pts)

Tues: Do 100 Crunches (any kind) along with your Turbo Fire workout (35 pts)

Wed: Chest/Shoulder Workout: 50 pushups; 50 Chest Flys; 50 Shoulder Presses (50 pts)

Thur: Find and do different versions of Squats (no regular squats). Yes Ladies there are many different kinds...Lol. Do at least 3 different ones and earn 100 pts. Looking forward to seeing what versions you come up with.

Fri: Make this an "Eating Clean" day (for the whole day) and earn 100 pts!!!

Sat: Do ANY workout today and earn 75 pts...Lol. The weekend is so hard to get a workout in.

Sun: Weigh in (100 pts)

    For the sake of this week's challenge, we'll say it is to stay away from processed food...Lol. That alone is a challenge!! I already failed at it...tehehe.

    Sat: Did a 2,000 calorie burn challenge Sat and Sun. I burned a little over that. Yay Me!!

    Sun: 219.9 lbs (The 2 weeks I was sick I went back up to 221. Trying to get back to where I was...Lol)
