I have been in a relationship with Jillian for about a year now. I have done 30DS, RI30, Killer buns and thighs, kickbox fast fix and now i am on week 11 for my second round. I think we need some space from each other..
On April 1 i am starting a membership at a boxing club. They have hour long boxing and kick boxing classes. I am planning to go between 3 and 5 times per week. I am also going to start CLX, most likely just the lifting videos.
What are you doing next?

Hi. Since you and Jillian have been attached at the hip, can you tell me which is a little harder or more effective between 30DS and RI30? I'm on my 5th week of Body Revolution and want to plan what my next program will be. I want to keep the momentum going after BR so I'd like the tougher of the two.0

I thought ripped in 30 was more difficult. Both are "easier" than body revolution, in my opinion.0

Ok thanks for the info. Still debating on what to do. I also thought about P90X but not sure about the length of time for workouts and needing extra equipment. Also not sure if I can handle its intensity. But I've heard great things!!0

I was thinking of trying her yoga dvd after... Have you done that one? I'm only on week 5 of BR and am still considering going two rounds with it. But in the interest of having a plan for life after the revolution of my body...0

Yep.. i have done the yoga as well. I only did it a couple times. Don't think it's enough on its own.0

I'm on my second round of JMBR, currently in Week 3. My sister is buying Insanity so I'm going to take a break from Jillian do Insanity and then finish up Jillian where ever I end up leaving off.0

I did 30 day s also..Im on my 10th week of BR...I think im going to try Insanity..And probably come back to BR and just do the modifications ..and heavier weights..I really am enjoying BR..0

After looking at the message boards, now I am considering Chalean Extreme after I'm done with BR just to change it up. Has anyone done that or any of her workouts?0

i'm going to do 30DS and then go back and do another round of JMBR. i have done P90X in the past and those hour to hour and a half long workouts, I cannot commit to. I end up just quitting all together.0

I'm only on week 3 of BR, had to stop for about 2 weeks due to a really nasty cold and restarted. I have CLX....she focuses on heavy weights so you have to have some good dumbbells...at least 25lbs dumbbells. I don't care for the cardio in the dvds. I like the lifting. I got bored with the program..stopped and started JM BR. However, it's a good program.0

I did JMBR, then went to the Six Week Six Pack (3x), combined with Ripped in 30 (2x) and one day of Cardio 2 (loss 9 pounds). I am now in the third week of switching the two...so far, down 5 pounds. After next week, I am going to do JMBR again with higher weights and intensity.
