I've been very interested in the Altra Zero Drop shoes I've been seeing ads for lately, and decided to check out their website. The shoes look decent and I found a couple of retailers locally. My question is, has anyone else seen their Learn To Run link and the concepts involved?

It looks alot like New Balance's "Good Form Running". I attended a Good Form clinic at the local Fleet Feet and found that it really made a difference for me. :-)

Thanks for the info. I'm going to dig into this a little deeper. I'm sure my form isn't great.

Are you currently using a zero drop/minimalist shoes? If not, be sure to transition into them slowly. Very slowly. More slowly than you think you should.

Thanks for the advice. Another runner friend of mine told me the same thing. Looks like I'll wait until after my 1/2 on May 19th.
