I have been trying my best to stay on track with my calories. It is sometime hard because I really want to splurge on some really unhealthy snacks. I have been trying out some new classes and really enjoy going to Lucy's classes. She is a great! You burn lots of calories. I am also working to train for a 5k race in July. I finally feel like a can run with out feeling sick (at least for about a mile now, baby steps). I am grateful that I am finally feeling more healthy. I have more energy and a little more confidence.0

I really haven't been losing much this time around, which gets so discouraging, but I just don't give up. I'm toning more and losing more inches. I actually just ran the 5 mile Johnny's Running of the Green this past weekend. I ran the whole time, I was really happy! If you stick with running and training you'll be able to do it. I only started training for the 5 miler in January. I take Lucy's classes religiously , every Tues and Thurs since last August, I love her. I don't limit my self to any foods. I eat what I want, but just in moderation and I always make sure I track it.0
