Another week is done and 1 weeks closer to spring/summer. I can't wait. For the second week of March, there were 105 participants on the spread sheet. Of those, there were 42 people that showed a loss (total of 56.4 lbs), 36 people that stayed the same or did not record, and 27 people that gained a little (total of 42.3 lbs). Keep up the good work everyone.

    Woo hoo! First time ever I've been on the good list! Nothing like a motivator than a new, sweet, gorgeous, sexy man... and did I mention he's an advanced personal trainer??? I'm not taking advantage of him though... not in that way! Looking forward to another great week!
