So here is the deal: My wife is West Indian (an island girl) & you see she cooks "off the hook". So her kale soup & spare ribs recipe is to die for. So I ate some for lunch & when I put the data in MFP it knocks my tracking all off. I didn't eat the potatoes or other high carb veggies. Put in counting the carbs I am messed up but happy. ![:) :)](https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/resources/emoji/smile.png)
Then for dinner its chicken curry & rice!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
All I could do is whisk through the pot and dig out the meat (woe is me)
Feeling sorry for myself, its 8:55 pm, in central PA so right know I am going to plow the driveway (it's snowing) & maybe burn some calories in the process.

That's tough, Dan, but did you add each ingredient separately? When I have a dish that I have to pull things out of, I do my best to estimate. I've never made Indian curry, but have made Thai curry, which are similar flavors. I made a lamb and rice curry, but the rice was cauliflower. I now prefer the cauliflower rice to the regular stuff.0
