I'm actually behind. I'm posting this ahead of time so everyone else can keep going. I missed my ab workout on day 35 (yesterday). I ended up getting really sick (food poisoning?) and didn't exercise yesterday or today. Tomorrow will be my day 35. Workout with my personal trainer.

I'm so sorry you got sick. I hope you're feeling better soon. I've had food poisoning, and it is no fun! The worst really!!!

Today I missed my morning workout. I am going to try and get a workout in later this evening. It will either be a workout video at home or I will go to the gym for about an hour with my HRM. It's not a running day, so I have a little more room with the workout tonight.0 -
