Morning!! I'm feeling great today - got on the scale and it read 200.5!! I am so excited, I've been trying to get out of the 200s for 4 years and I am sooo close.

Today's challenge - 30 minutes cardio (intervals - 1min fast, 1min slow), 50 situps, 15 glasses water, 15 min stretching.

    I've got the cardio in already and about 1/2 the water too. Stretching is my new best friend. Will have to get to the situps tomorrow. Heading to bed in a little bit.
