How much exercise are you doing on this diet? I started cycle 1 today, and I wondered how much exercise you did on cycle 1. Do you think your exercise affected your results?

Hi, I think if you are already pretty fit, you can keep going with your usual routine. However if you are new to exercise, I would stick to walking as the book suggests for Cycle 1. This is because with lowered carbs you will not have as much energy to start a huge new exercise regime. Once you start adding in carbs, then you can add in more exercise. Personally, I walk 30 minutes a day and do circuit training 30 minutes a day (or try) 5 days a week.0
