Black bean brownies

Options
Someone here asked me for the recipe:

3 eggs
1 can of black beans, rinsed and drained
1/4 cup of cocoa (unsweetened)
pinch of salt
1-2 tsp vanilla extract
2-3 tbsp oil ( I used 2 tbsp coconut oil and a tablespoon of apple sauce)
2/3 cup of sugar (I used Truvia instead)
1 tsp of instant coffee (optional)
1 tsp baking powder (optional, if you want your brownies more "cakey")
chocolate chips (optional), I didn't use any.

Preheat your oven to 175C or 350 F. Blend all ingredients with the exception of choc chips in a blender, pour the mixture into a pan (8x8). Sprinkle the chips over the mixture.
Bake in the preheated oven until the top is dry and the edges start to pull away from the sides of the pan, about 30 minutes.

that's it! I cannot taste the beans at all. My brownies taste like coconut chocolate :) If you do taste the beans - add more cocoa and vanilla.

Thank you!! (It was me who asked). This looks very similar to the recipe from Chocolate Covered Katie's blog... only her recipe is vegan, I think.

Thanks again :) Looking forward to making these!
