Knee Problems with Insanity?

Hello all!
Has anybody experienced any type of knee problems after starting Insanity? I was pretty fit before I started Insanity (ran 5X per week, strength trained regularly) and never had any knee problems but my right knee has been hurting for almost two weeks now (I am 5 days away from recovery week).
I'm only asking because it hurts either from doing Insanity or from playing Dance Dance on the Wii a few weekends ago lol.
Thanks for the input!

it's a tough one, i would say take off a few days and then restart week 4 if it goes away. the recovery week and especially month 2 are quite heavy on the knees with lots of squats and jumping. ruining your knee is definitely not an option, after all its still 5 more (and tough) weeks to go on the programme.
in the meantime you can still work out your upper body with push-ups, weights etc. and do cardio like swimming or the elliptical which are not that heavy on the knees.0
