Hey!! So my morning started very early for a work conference and now it's 11am and I'm starving. Hoping for a killer workout today. I weighed myself this morning and was 200 right on the nose. Can't wait to cross that line :)

Today's challenge - 30 minutes cardio, 15 minutes stretching, 25 push-ups and setting a new NSV challenge for yourself.
