I finished 30DS yesterday. I did it every single day for 30 days.
Height: 5'2"
Starting WT (3/19): 216
Hips: 49
R Thigh: 30
R arm: 18
Waste (high): 39
Bust: 44
CW: 204 (down 12 lbs)
Hips: 47 (-2)
R Thigh: 29 (-1)
R arm: 17 (-1)
Waste: 36 (-3)
Bust: 41 (-3)
total lost = 12 lbs, and 10 inches
I am so happy with these results but it's only the beginning, I have a long way to go but I'm taking one lb and one inch at a time!!0
