I originally set my goal at 18 pounds. Then I decided to change it to twenty when I joined this group. I now have 9 pounds to go. I have a severe knee injury at this time. Therefore my weight loss is slowing. I am trying to make the most of the exercise I do get and burn as many calories as possible. I am not giving up!!0

I'm a little upset that it is taking this long to shed the weight but I guess the closer you get to your goal weight, the harder it is to shed the pounds. Most of my adult life I've waivered around 155. I'm hoping to hit at least 155 by August.0 -
