Beef Tenderloin with Mushroom Sauce
Prep time: 10 minutes / Cook time: 15 minutes

What you’ll need
4 tablespoons light butter, divided
½ cup onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, chopped
2 cups fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 green onion, minced fine
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
⅛ teaspoon salt
1 pound beef tenderloin
1 tablespoon salt-free steak seasoning

What to do
1. Melt 3 tablespoons of butter in large skillet heated to medium high. Add onions, garlic, mushrooms, green onions, Worcestershire sauce, and salt. Simmer for about 7 minutes, or until mushrooms are cooked down. Place mushrooms in bowl and set aside.
2. Cut beef tenderloin into 6 rounds; season with salt-free steak seasoning.
3. Melt remaining butter into same skillet; heat to medium high.
4. Place steak onto skillet and cook for 4 minutes on each side; turn only one time, making sure a nice crust develops on both sides of steaks.
5. Pour equal parts of mushroom sauce on each steak.
