The physio gave me a bunch of exercises to do to improve my core strength. I feel murdered today. Not as badly as I felt after that gym class with my friend, but I needed to bust out the tiger balm for my back last night. She wants me to do these every day. And walk 10,000 steps every day. And take a yoga/pilates class. On top of the swim classes and everything else I do. *sigh* What they seem to neglect to understand is that I can't do any of this **** if I can't bloody well move...
