I know this is WAY in advance (Saturday), but I have the week planned out already... So I figure I would post it.

Saturday is going to be my run day.

Walk to the gym - 20 min
Jog 5 mph - 10 min
Run 6 mph - 20 min
Run 6.5 mph - ???
Jog 5 mph - 10 min
Walk home - 20 min

    Day 39: 3/22

    Today is a running day, but I didn't get to the gym this morning. Since it is so cold outside, I may just move running to tomorrow.

    1. 35 mins C25K
    2. 10 min warm-up 10 min cool-down

    Otherwise

    1. Beach body bum bum workout.

    Played tennis for almost 2 hours

    20 mins on Zumba
    25 mins on 30 DS Level one-Day 1 ...started it again!
    No walking today...too blustery and cold! The wind blew me around! Yikes!
