I'm new to this site and new to this groups. I'm trying to maintain my weight and hoping to gain a little so that I can work on maybe a little weight lifting or adding more muscle so my body can be filled in a little better. I try to eat minimal processed foods and am always looking for ideas where I can increase my proteins. I'm hope to learn some new things on this site and forum.
