MY FRIDAY

HEY EVERYONE. I AM TAKING OFF EARLY TODAY TO GO ON A VERY SPECIAL TRIP TO MYRTLE BEACH FOR THE WEEKEND. I HELP COACH A SPECIAL OLYMPICS CHEER SQUAD AND WE ARE GOING TO NATIONAL COMPETITIONS! THEY ARE ALL VERY EXCITED, WISH US LUCK, WE ARE GOING FOR THE GOLD!!

IN PREPARATION FOR THIS TRIP I FOUND MYSELF CUTTING FRUITS & VEGGIES LAST NIGHT TO TAKE AS SNACKS, I ALSO MADE SURE I HAD SOME PROTEIN/GRANOLA BARS AND OTHER LOW FAT SNACKS. I HATE THE IDEA OF NOT BEING ABLE TO COOK MY FOOD AND HAVING TO EAT THAT NASTY FAST FOOD, BUT I WILL DO MY BEST TO ORDER GOOD ITEMS.

ONE IS A REMINDER ABOUT WEIGHT LOSS BEING 80% DIET AND 20% EXERCISE.
