So now that Spring Break is over...

I find that every bad habit and influences are hurdling at me at full force. My friends are not helpful (nonetheless, not supportive in my weight loss goals). I've had a lot of success getting fit for my bikini, but I'm so afraid that it's all going to come back. I've already gained a few back, which was expected from a vacation, but I need to get back on track!

Anyone in my boat?!

    I just remember my goal! I refuse food if I'm not hungry and if it is super unhealthy and I know I don't want it.. I never give in to peer pressure (i try haha). I will allow for some nice indulgent meals with friends, but I plan for it so I don't kill myself with the guilt and bloat the following days. I also find it helps to actually tell your friends that you are living healthy and liking it, if they were truly your friends they'd respect your choices!
