Diabetic Socks- Need your help!!!

I've been diagnosed with diabetes in the past year, and I had heavy feeling in my feet and just learned that there are special socks that can help with those with diabetes. In one of my classes I'm "consulting" to find out if this is a good market for a sock company to go into.
The survey takes only 2 minutes and is a few basic questions. But I just need people with diabetes to fill it out, whether you've worn these socks or not. If you could help me I'd really appreciate it, and I'm giving away a 50 dollar Visa gift card to one random person who fills it out if you include your e-mail address, but if you feel weird giving that out I just appreciate any responses!!
