hi everyone,
i just want to know who has done the kickbox fast fix and if you liked it. since march 1st i have become a jillian fan and now own 4 of her dvd's. tonight i will try this but want to know who has done it and did you like it?

I am a big fan of kickboxing and I really love this dvd. Its fun and it has 3 different videos on it, one targeting upper, one lower and one core. I would definitely recommend it to anyone.
And 20 minutes each is easy enough to hurry and fit in on a busy day. 0 -
