Last Change Workout/Pick-Up Games

I'm sure you guys have seen these on other forums... if not, I'll give a quick run down. Do the exercise the previous poster suggest, and then add an exercise for the next person!

    Ok I kept hoping these v-ups would go away but after 3 days they did not - so...

    I did 25 v-ups...the next person 10 60 second planks.
