I'm sure you guys have seen these on other forums... if not, I'll give a quick run down. Do the exercise the previous poster suggest, and then add an exercise for the next person!

I did 20 burpees... next person do 20 crunches!0

I did 20 crunches.... next person do 20 squats0

Ok I kept hoping these v-ups would go away but after 3 days they did not - so...

I'm trying to do the 10 60 second planks but it's taking forever!! My core needs some help, apparently :sad:0
