Hi - New to this group and a couple weeks into MFP. Should I recalculate my TDEE and BMR as my activity levels change throughout the weeks ahead? I'm currently working out 1- 3 times a week (more like 1 times a week) but I'm planning on increasing my activity level in the next week or two.

You ALWAYS want to eat correctly for your level of activity.

Or else you will get in to trouble again.

BMR takes about 10 lbs of change to be meaningful change there. Unless using Katch BMR based on bodyfat %, in which case your BF is likely to move more than weight, so do it every 5 lbs or 2 weeks for measurements to see if enough change to worry about.

Thank you for your response. After some more reading, I learned that if I excercise more than what I originally listed, then I need to eat those calories back so I don't fall below my TDEE - 15%. Or as you said "You ALWAYS want to eat correctly for your level of activity."
