I have recently started swimming again and am loving it. I would like to improve my stroke, and am interested in the shaw method - has anyone had lessons? D they recommend them? I live in (south) London and would be interested if anyone could recommend a teacher.

    I am probably the least informed on here. I just swim. If the way i am moving starts to hurt then I know I have to change something.
    I guess now I'll have to look this up :)

    I also live in south (east) London and was interested in shaw lessons - a friend had them and really recommended them.

    At the time nothing much was happening teaching wise in London but maybe that has changed? I'd be interested to know...
