My milkshake brings all the boys to the yard!

I found a zumba class only 3 miles from my house. Even better, it is zumba gold. I'm really out of shape so this is right up my alley. The fact I'd have to drive 25 miles in one direction to find another class might also be a consideration. It was in a church basement/kitchen area and the ladies were all very nice. I'm down there shaking my can figuratively and enjoying the company. Towards the end of the workout they get out the shake weights but there are not enough. Boy, was it ever a lucky thing we were right next to the kitchen. Did you know that a can of evaporated milk weighs 1.5 lb? Yup, the same as the shake weights they were using.
