55 minutes -- Exhilarate Step by Step. This was fun! I loved the slow instructions. This is so much better than the first Zumba DVDs I got a couple of years ago.
OMG. I just finished the zumba exhilarate - activate dvd. RIDICULOUS. It is so much more fun and upbeat than the older workouts that I was doing. I just did 45 minutes and I am sweating like I have never before. It was so much more fun than anything else. Seriously!
