Morning all!
Okay, so today was my first day on level 3. I've done it last year, so it wasn't totally unexpected although I couldn't remember what moves were coming up.
My main observation is that this level is FULL of either exercises in plank position or jumping! I have a dodgy right knee and wrist so it wasn't great, but I did push through and manage to do all of the exercises, even if I had to modify.
It was nice to do something different though and now I have something new to work on and build up to.

PS. My weight is still up 2lbs since starting 30DS so that's disappointing. Although I've lost an inch off my waist and half an inch from various other places (thighs, calves, hips).

L2 D10!!! Done! I pushed hard and really felt it. Bye level 2! I won't miss you squat thrusts! (Please tell me there are no squat thrusts in level 3!)0

L2 D6 done!
I am still liking it. But I still have to do modified versions.
I also have a knee issue in my left knee, so I tend to not push as hard.
I feel like I can see a bigger difference in my right side with the good knee and then on my left side in the hip/waist area.
Maybe I am crazy, but I feel like it is true.0 -
L3 Day 2 done!!!! I am sore today, but it is a good sore! I am still loving that L30

Level 3 day 4 done for the day....knees are sore, but getting a bit better!! AND I've lost 1.5 inches from my waist and hips!!! Lost almost 1 inch from my thighs!! Not sure about my bust because I don't measure in my sports bra..just regular bra will measure tonight! After being depressed yesterday I am PUMPED TODAY!!!!0

You all inspired me to head to the basement to meet up with Jillian for L2 D5. Wow, was it hard to get started. My arms were tired! But I stuck to it - and at the end I'm still doing the bicycle abs work. My scale hasn't budged, but I'm definitely more fit which is so important to me. Thanks everyone for keeping this at the top of my to do list!0

Oh god I thought for sure I was going to collapse or pass out today.
Day 5 of level 2 is done.. And I will see you all on Monday. I'm taking the weekend off! - and by 'off' of course I mean spring cleaning, family walks and playing outside with the kids.0 -
Level 2, Day 4 for me, and it's starting to get slightly less horrifying.
Not excited that Level 3 holds more plank position moves in store. Trying to push through and not take breaks over the weekend, , since I won't be able to work out Tuesday and Wednesday because I will be celebrating Passover.

I'm a bit behind your girls but I'm on L1 D7 done today few more days till I'm into L2 and so excited. I'd tried this before but never made it past L1 D2 so I'll be excited to try new exercises finally! I am very happy though so far I can see differences but won't measure or take pictures til Monday night after L1 D10 is in but I've already lost 6lbs!!! Feeling sooooo good!0

Level Two, Day Nine done. I just got a heart monitor so I wore it and tried to do my usual level of activity. It showed I burned 184 calories where the app I used to calculate had it at over 300 cals. Good thing I'm not big on eating back all the calories when I exercise.
One more day of level two, then skipping Sunday since I'm working a couple of shifts in a row. Monday morning will be Level Three.0 -
Well I am 5 days behind now... I was suppose to start level 3 on sunday but I think I am going to start level 2 over or atleast do it for 5 days straight. Its been a stressful crazy week. So ready to get back on track! I have felt just out of it with not working out. Great job everyone! Keep pushing forward!0

Level 1 Day 7 for me. Last time I did 30DS I moved on after 8 days of level 1 but this time I am not modifying any move at all and still finding it a challenge. I am using 5 lb weights for all the strength exercise except the awful side lunges with anterior raises at the end--3 lb weights for those. Day 8 tomorrow, skip Sunday, and then on to finish level 1 next week.
