    What do people think is a realistic goal for me by the end of this? I'm 142 but seem to lose weight quite slowly, and obviously I'm not very overweight so does it come off slower anyway? I was thinking 130lbs but really have no idea

    I' with you, I want to say bye bye 200"s and hello one hundreds, i'm 202 and my goal by the end of the challenge is 165 so that's 37 pounds

    Currently at 130lbs and want to get to 120lbs by the end of the summer. then re-evaluate from there - for me, as I get closer to 120 my focus will be more on toning and strengthening.

    HI guys! I'm excited for this challenge! Right now my focus is on 10 lbs a month so this should be great for me!

    My current weight as of this morning is 210.4 I started out overall at 254, so that feels pretty good!

    My ultimate goal weight is 145 ish.

    My goal for this challenge is 177! That will be my lowest ever adult weight, so a big one for me!

    I am 26 years old and 5'7".

    Hi there,
    I am excited for this challenge! I am 5 ft tall and my weight is 174 lbs and I would love to lose 40 lbs on this challenge, Ideally I need to lose about 50/55lbs total though.
    I am not very good with the computer, but will try to get a photo up (I really don't have any pics of myself, how sad. I am never in any because of my weight).
