What do people think is a realistic goal for me by the end of this? I'm 142 but seem to lose weight quite slowly, and obviously I'm not very overweight so does it come off slower anyway? I was thinking 130lbs but really have no idea0

HI guys! I'm excited for this challenge! Right now my focus is on 10 lbs a month so this should be great for me!
My current weight as of this morning is 210.4 I started out overall at 254, so that feels pretty good!
My ultimate goal weight is 145 ish.
My goal for this challenge is 177! That will be my lowest ever adult weight, so a big one for me!
I am 26 years old and 5'7".

I am excited for this challenge! I am 5 ft tall and my weight is 174 lbs and I would love to lose 40 lbs on this challenge, Ideally I need to lose about 50/55lbs total though.
I am not very good with the computer, but will try to get a photo up (I really don't have any pics of myself, how sad. I am never in any because of my weight).

I came up short on my goal for the last challenge. This time I set it a bit lower for total loss. My ultimate goal is to get down around 155. By July, I want to at the very least be under 180.

My starting weigh is 249.8 and I hope to hit 226 by July 13th. This challenge ends one week before my daughter's wedding and I am hoping to have lost a total of 100 punds by then. I havel lost a little over 7 now.
